AUTOMATED VEHICLES

Our AGV forklifts are used to transport pallets, crates and all other goods from one location to another automatically. Many sizes and styles are available to meet your material handling needs.

Autonomous mobile robots eliminate the need for magnetic tape on the facility floor. They can go to inventory locations for operator fulfillment, generate a bill of materials and deliver the load to the work cell or assembly line as needed.

Automated Guided Tuggers offer state-of-the-art flexibility in the movement of materials by pulling... or tugging... one or multiple carts, either manually or automatically. Use AGV tuggers to transport materials within the warehouse or manufacturing environment integrated into a MES or ERP system. 

Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) AGVs operate freely in narrow aisles between pallet racking. This allows for flexible navigation in high storage density operations. Because of their narrow design, they require less room, which allows for more available floorspace that can be dedicated to storage.

Our Automated Guided Carts (AGCs) are ideal for moving products on an assembly line or transporting goods throughout a plant or warehouse. They use magnetic tape for accurate guidance and prove to be far cleaner, quieter, more flexible and easier to install than conveyor systems.

Wolter’s Core Dolly Platform offers a variety of component options, making our AGD the most flexible delivery system for your unique production line applications for loads up to 1,000 lbs. Our AGD solutions have become a cost-effective automation answer for a wide variety of applications.

Our semi-automated vehicles are used to transport pallets, crates and all other goods from one location to another automatically. If you need to make an infrequent load pickup with our SAVs, simply drive the unit off the guided path, pick up the load and bring it back to the guided path for continuous movement and delivery.

Automated material handling carts and systems offer a wide variety of design variations to accommodate a wide variety of tasks, including smaller but more frequent deliveries. Most can operate two shifts a day without charging. Opportunity charging allows them to operate 24/7, reducing labor expense and improving safety throughout your facility.
